My client, a fast-growing consumer products company is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support warehouse operations and strengthen inventory controls across multiple 3PL locations. This role partners closely with Warehousing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, service-level performance, and data-driven decision-making that supports company growth. This position is located in Orange County and will be a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple 3PL warehouses
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shrinkage, spoilage, and inventory holds
• Partner with 3PL providers to improve receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes
• Analyze inventory trends, aging, and movement data to support procurement and production planning
• Develop dashboards and reports (Excel/Power BI) to track KPIs such as accuracy, shrinkage, and claims
• Support new product launches and inventory transitions
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and warehouse partners for inventory-related matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPIM a plus
• 3+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience (CPG preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and Power BI experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot discrepancies using root cause analysis
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-directed with strong communication skills
