Responsibilities:
Research and development of new products and alternate raw material suppliers, Improve the quality, production, and cost of existing formulas, Support quality control during production, Work directly with customers to confirm specification compliance, concerns and compatibility, work with State Departments of Transportation to authorize the use of our products, Work directly with sales representatives to improve current and new formulas, Assist with production when needed.

Job Requirements
BS/MS in Chemistry
3-5 years’ experience formulating waterborne coatings, Adhesives, and/or sealants.
Combination of development and process chemistry experience.
Traffic coatings a plus. Acrylic and MMA Chemistry experience preferred.
Someone who can work independently and assist technicians and quality.
