Job Description
The Opportunity: A small, highly technical team is hiring a senior engineer to work on a set of core systems that are the foundation for our firm. These tools are already deeply embedded across the organization, and the work centers on making them faster, more stable, and better able to handle growth, while continuing to expand their capabilities. This person will also act as a go-to technical resource for other engineers on the team. This position will entail plenty of greenfield development, but will also include some work on our existing systems.
Tech environment:

- Relational databases

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience within the financial / trading sector
- Strong foundation in computer science (graduate work or equivalent depth is a plus)
- Experience owning or significantly improving systems that operate at scale
- Exposure to performance-sensitive or latency-aware environments
- Someone comfortable influencing design decisions and supporting more junior engineers
