Lubricant Account Sales Manager – Wind Market

Your areas of responsibility:

The Business Segment Lead for the Wind Market is responsible for driving growth and managing key aspects of the Wind segment.  This role involves strategic planning, key account management, and collaboration with various internal teams.  The individual will proactively manage business with key accounts in the Wind sector, aiming to increase sales and expand the customer base.  The Business Segment Lead will also be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities and maintaining a strong presence in the Wind industry.

  • Develop and implement strategies for the Wind market segment, aligning with overall business goals
  • Manage key accounts, fostering relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the Wind sector
  • Oversee regional engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards
  • Drive sales growth in the Wind segment, leveraging technical expertise and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product development, marketing, and sales initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends

Travel

  • Approximately 50% travel primarily within the U.S. in addition to Canada and Mexico

Job Requirements

Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered. MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in Sales to the Wind Industry, with a strong focus on business development and account management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales development projects over the long-term
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and company meetings
  • This role combines aspects of business development, engineering management, and sales, specifically tailored to the Wind market, requiring a blend of technical knowledge and commercial acumen
