Lubricant Sales Manager – Michigan
The Sales Manager will report to the Vice President of Industrial North Division and will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to the sales group throughout the state of Michigan
- Carrying out development of sales representatives with specific focus on account management
- Developing new business and sales closing techniques
- Supporting the Vice President with input on strategic account management and divisional customer analysis, and sales P&L responsibilities
- The position will have 5 direct reports

Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business required. MBA a plus
- At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products required
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- CRM experience (Salesforce desired)
- Demonstrated success in opening new business
- Ability to travel overnight when needed
