Responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Developing and overseeing maintenance plans for area equipment
  • Investigating equipment downtime through Root Cause failure Analysis
  • Overseeing small projects including contract bidding and supervision to commissioning and startup activities
  • Manages area equipment files and documentation

 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing, chemical or heavy industrial environment
  • Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module preferred
  • Knowledge of engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
