Job Description
As the Maintenance Leader, you will drive the strategy and execution for maintenance planning, scheduling, stockroom management, and turnaround preparation. This active, hands-on leadership position focuses on elevating equipment reliability, standardizing work flow discipline, optimizing MRO inventory, and ensuring shutdown execution.
In this role, you will mentor a growing team and foster a culture of accountability through close partnership with operations, maintenance, and plant executives. We are seeking a structured, analytical thinker who pairs technical expertise with exceptional people management skills.

Job Requirements
- Strong people leader who has personally improved maintenance planning, inventory controls, and shutdown execution in an industrial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent industrial maintenance leadership experience.
- At least seven years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
- Demonstrated SAP or CMMS experience covering maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
