Responsibilities for the Maintenance Leader include:
- Developing and maintaining a plant maintenance strategy
- Overseeing the Mechanical, Instrument & Electrical, and Labor programs
- Ensuring all maintenance work meets regulations
- Preparing maintenance and turnaround budgets
- Developing KPI’s
- Executing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Maintenance Leader include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred plus 5 years of management experience
- Strong understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Proven experience preparing and managing maintenance budgets, overseeing projects, financial planning and cost control
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
