Requirements: Maintenance Manager Job Qualifications

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with strong supervisory experience.

Specific requirements for the Maintenance Manager include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of maintenance management experience
  • Experience in food, beverage or cosmetic manufacturing
  • Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis
  • Strong supervisory experience
  • Understanding of CMMS
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
