Join our team as Maintenance Manager, working closely with the site leadership team and Plant Manager.
Responsibilities include leading maintenance operations and improvement projects to enhance the facility’s overall efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement solutions that are cost-effective and support maintenance and operational goals.

Salary Range: $120,000/year - $150,000/year

Job Requirements
- BS in Chemical Engineering but may consider other relevant engineering degrees
- 5+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals or pharmaceuticals preferred
- 4+ years of supervisory experience of 10 or more direct and indirect reports
- Experience working in a chemical or pharmaceutical facility
- Experience managing people and programs
- Experience implementing and maintaining standards to ensure equipment improvements are achieved through preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques
- Experience leading and mentoring maintenance personnel to achieve maintenance goals
