Maintenance Manager
Job Description
This is a highly visible role on the leadership team. The Maintenance Manager directs all maintenance, reliability, and repair operations. This role ensures the safe, continuous, and environmentally compliant operation. The successful candidate drives preventive maintenance, manages departmental budgets, and enforces the highest standards of safety and regulatory. Direct reports include engineers and Maintenance Supervisors. Develop and manage the annual maintenance and repair (R&M) budget, forecasting costs and ensuring resource efficiency.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Engineering (or related technical discipline) preferred.
5+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience, ideally in chemical, refineries, petrochemical operations or similar industries.
Proficiency with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Must possess a leadership style focused on coaching, field presence, and continuous improvement, with a verified history of building high-performing, safety-first cultures.
