  • Focusing on implementing long term solutions to reduce downtime and costs on process units 
  • Managing maintenance budget  

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred 
  • At least 5 years of maintenance supervisory or management experience 
  • Proven understanding of industrial maintenance techniques including PM, CMMS, RCM, and TPM 
  • Focused on Safety First 
  • Strong communication and teambuilding skills
