Join our team as Maintenance Manager, working closely with the COO and Plant Manager.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance operations and improvement projects to enhance this food manufacturing facility’s overall efficiency.

Implement continuous improvement solutions that are cost-effective and support maintenance and operational goals.

Job Requirements

Experience working in a food manufacturing facility

Excellent leadership capabilities 

Experience implementing and maintaining standards to ensure equipment improvements are achieved through preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques

Experience leading and mentoring maintenance personnel to achieve maintenance goals
