Job Description

  • Support daily maintenance operations across 2 NC sites in close proximity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Support and/or manage CAPEX projects.
  • Improve and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor and develop KPIs and use data to drive maintenance decisions.
  • Utilize CMMS or similar tools to aid in establishing a world class maintenance organization.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage service agreements.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in maintenance management required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or automated systems, required.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial workplace practices
  • Engineering Degree preferred 
  • Chemical or related industry experience with fixed and rotating equipment experience
