Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description

Serve as the primary liaison between the maintenance lead, maintenance team, Quality Control (QC), and Production to address equipment issues and minimize operational disruptions. Act as the central communication hub for the maintenance department and its supported functions.

Collaborate with the team to ensure adequate personnel coverage aligned with the production schedule.

Lead daily safety meetings and actively support all plant safety programs and training initiatives.

Coordinate with the maintenance team and lead to prioritize and allocate workloads for both scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs. This includes developing schedules for preventive maintenance (PM), inspections, and certifications using the designated maintenance management software.

Assist in planning and scheduling internal work orders and contractor activities by working closely with the maintenance lead and leveraging the maintenance management system.

Create and manage accurate asset information to support effective and efficient maintenance planning.

Ensure maintenance technicians are equipped with the necessary tools and parts for completing work orders, including handling part procurement, research, and vendor communication.

Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 plus years of experience leading facilities, maintenance, and work planning
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Communicate effectively both orally and writing
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports
