Job Description

You will serve as the primary contact for equipment issues and process disruptions while collaborating with the maintenance team and planner to ensure proper coverage for weekly scheduled tasks. When unexpected breakdowns occur, you will lead troubleshooting efforts alongside engineering and supervisors, shifting maintenance priorities immediately to minimize operational downtime. Your leadership duties include conducting daily safety meetings, championing all plant safety initiatives, hiring and training personnel, and strictly enforcing food safety and quality compliance programs. Additionally, you will support project planning, generate preventive maintenance strategies, and actively participate in daily process update meetings. 
To optimize efficiency, you will maintain comprehensive data on all plant assets, review technical information before starting repairs, and ensure the maintenance team has the required tools. You will also coordinate closely with the storeroom and external vendors to guarantee the availability of parts and equipment. Strong communication is essential, as you will regularly update coordinators, engineers, and plant management on repair statuses, equipment conditions, and manpower alignment.

Job Requirements

  • 3- 5 years of industrial maintenance supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with industrial maintenance techniques (PM, PDM, CMMS, RCM, TPM).
  • A solid understanding of engineering and safety practices.
  •  Ability to coordinate, train, and motivate both hourly employees and outside contractors.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and technical skills.
  •  A collaborative spirit to support maintenance teams
