Job Requirements
Requirements for the Maintenance and Reliability Leader include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience within a chemical, petrochemical or refinery environment
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and best practices
- Must have strong grasp of Maintenance Engineering Practices including PSM concepts
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and teambuilding skills
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional a bonus
