Our client is a leader in the consumer goods industry with products distributed across the globe. They currently seek the Manager of Project Engineering for their facility in Indianapolis, IN. This person will be a key member of their engineering team. 

As the Manager of Project Engineering job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage and direct engineering department as well as technical projects
• Train and mentor junior engineering and technical teams
• Develop and manage capital project budgets and plans 
• Provide technical support as needed to assist in meeting company goals
• Ensure company-wide consistency with processes and procedures

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Engineering or other relevant area of study; MS and MBA are a plus
• 10+ years of project management experience 
• 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility
• Experience with high-speed packaging equipment 
• PMP certification is preferred
