Operations / Inventory Clerk
Location: Elk Grove Village
Comp: $45,000 to $48,000
- Responsible for production reporting, inventory tracking, and data accuracy in a manufacturing environment
- Run and maintain daily inventory, production, carton demand, and on-hand reports
- Manage materials transactions including coils, paint, metal, pallets, and consignment inventory
- Maintain spreadsheets, ERP/WMS data, load photos, and inventory documentation
- Support year-end inventory counts, reconciliations, and special projects
- Provide backup support for the Inventory Control Manager and assist with general office operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production and inventory control reporting within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and materials ordering processes
- Advanced proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to multitask under pressure
