Operations Superintendent/Mining/Metallurgical Engineer/Metals/Operations Manager/Production Supervisor/Chemical Engineer/Process Engineer/Engineer/Operations Engineer/ChemE/Production Manager/Engineering/Special High-Grade Alloys/Recycled Sources/
Our client is a leading producer of special high-grade alloys from recycled sources. They are in search of an Operations Superintendent to assist in the improvement of their current procedures and processes and daily operations.
As the Operations Superintendent job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage a small team of direct reports
- Oversee all day-to-day operational support
- Adhere to all site EHST regulations and procedures
- Utilize KPIs and provide production goals
- Lead optimization projects
Salary Range: based on experience but can range from $150k-$170k + 12% yearly bonus

Job Requirements
As the Operations Superintendent requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in mining or metal industry
- Experience in a supervisory/management role
- Previous experience overseeing manufacturing area
- Must have proven track record of progression in their career
