Our client is a leader in the energy sector and it is their mission to provide clean energy to feed and fuel the world sustainably. They currently seek an Operations Superintendent to oversee the operating units ensuring safe, high-quality production, storage, and shipment.
As the Operations Superintendent job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Adhere to safety policies and standards locally, federally, and company wide
- Create operational plans and ensure production goals are met
- Effectively lead Operations team in production units
- Implement cost control, reporting, and other development programs
- Monitor plant operations and provide corrective actions
Salary Range: $145,000 - $150,000 plus bonus

Job Requirements
As an Operations Superintendent job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility; chemical, petrochemicals, or oil/gas
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Must have experience out of PSM-regulated facility
