Operations Superintendent/Manufacturing Supervisor/Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Maintenance Manager/Engineer/Engineering/Chemicals/Manufacturing/Manufacturing Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Production Manager/Operations Manager

As the Operations Superintendent job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all local, federal, and company requirements and standards
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure production goals are met  
  • Create and support maintenance activities
  • Participate and manage projects

Pay Range: $115,000 - $120,000

Job Requirements

As the Operations Superintendent job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering
  • 6+ years of hands-on process / production engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
