Our client is a chemical manufacturer located in central Illinois. They have an opening for an engineer to work in a dedicated PSM role.

Process Safety Engineer will 

  • Support assigned area in the plant
  • Work cross functionally with team members to support and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
  • Use fundamental elements of Process Safety Management in designated area
  • Lead and manage projects to improve chemical process safety.
  • Drive process safety culture improvements to reduce impacts to personnel from process hazards

Salary range: 80,000-110,000

Job Requirements

BS Chemical, Mechanical, Engineering or possibly others 

2+ years of experience as a Process or Production Engineer in a PSM regulated plant

Dedicated PSM experience is a plus
