PSM Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Chemicals/Process Safety/Engineer/Refining/Process Engineer/Production Engineer/Mechanical Engineer

Our client is a global specialty chemical manufacturer that produces products for multiple different industries. They are in search of an experienced PSM Engineer with an extensive understanding of PSM regulations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to exert influence and gain employee support.  

As a PSM Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Implement and monitor compliance of PSM policies, programs, and practices
  • Participate in any PSM & RMP compliance audits as needed
  • Provide technical knowledge utilizing PSM experience
  • Maintain Management of Change (MOC) Program
  • Participate in PHAs and LOPA reviews/audits
  • Ensure compliance to OSHA requirements

 

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000

Job Requirements

As a PSM Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Process/Production Engineer in a PSM regulated chemical plant, refinery, or chemical-related facility
  • Strong understanding of all 14 PSM Elements
  • Experience with PSM best practices, leading initiatives, and regulations
