Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal insurance accounts, deliver outstanding client service, and support business growth and retention. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal insurance, strong communication skills, and a proactive client management approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of personal insurance clients.
- Review policies, recommend coverage adjustments, and ensure accuracy in renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Experience working with High Net Worth accounts and carriers.
- Address client inquiries, claims, and billing concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
- Educate clients on insurance options and risk management strategies.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with insurance carriers.
- Conduct annual policy reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide effective advice.
Qualifications:
- Experience in personal lines insurance.
- In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance management software.
- Property and Casualty license required.
