Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a High Net Worth Personal Lines Lead. In this role, you will oversee and manage our high-net-worth personal lines insurance division. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to protect their valuable assets. Additionally, you will lead a team of personal line agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters. Conduct regular reviews to assess their evolving needs and provide proactive recommendations.
  2. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Evaluate clients' assets and exposures to identify potential risks and coverage gaps. Develop comprehensive insurance strategies to mitigate risks and protect clients' wealth.
  3. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients and underwriters to design personalized insurance portfolios that align with their unique risk profiles and preferences. Negotiate terms and coverage enhancements to ensure optimal protection.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of personal line agents, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment focused on delivering exceptional service and results.
  5. Market Research and Trends Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging risks relevant to high-net-worth individuals. Leverage this knowledge to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high net worth clients.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, client management, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and develop tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with affluent clientele.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • FL (02-20) or (04-40) Insurance license
