Our client company is a leader in the development and manufacturing of environmentally responsible agricultural products. They recently doubled their research and development facility and are looking to add a Pilot Plant Engineer to their growing team.

As a Pilot Plant Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Optimize current processes and products
• Comply with all site safety rules and regulations
• Scale up new processes
• Be a part of new product development
• Assist in continuous improvement projects

Salary Range: $80,000/year - $120,000/year

• BS/MS/PhD in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biology, or another related degree; Advanced degree is preferred
• 3+ years of fermentation experience – will consider co-op or research only
• Previous pilot plant experience and/or continuous improvement experience is a plus
