Our client company is a leader in the development and manufacturing of environmentally responsible agricultural products. They recently doubled their research and development facility and are looking to add a Pilot Plant Engineer to their growing team.
As a Pilot Plant Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Optimize current processes and products
- Comply with all site safety rules and regulations
- Scale up new processes
- Be a part of new product development
- Assist in continuous improvement projects
Salary Range: $80,000/year - $110,000/year + 15% bonus

Job Requirements
As a Pilot Plant Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS/MS/PhD in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biology, or another related degree; Advanced degree is preferred
- 1+ years of fermentation experience
- Previous pilot plant experience and/or continuous improvement experience is a plus
