Plant Engineer/Process Engineer/PSM/Paper Manufacturing/Chemical Engineer/Engineering/Manufacturing/Chemicals/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/HAZOPs/Senior Process Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Maintenance Engineer/Reliability Engineer/Lamination/Project Engineering/PLC/Coatings

Our client is a global manufacturer of a wide range of chemistry-based products used in multiple different markets. The ideal candidate will be eager to get their hands dirty working with manufacturing equipment and operators.

As a Plant Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee maintenance department 
  • Assist in daily troubleshooting of systems to increase efficiencies 
  • Maintain all equipment quality standards
  • Manage PSM program 
  • Manage capital projects from conception to implementation 

 Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 + 15% year-end bonus

Job Requirements

As a Plant Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • BS in Chemical Engineering ideal, Mechanical Engineering degree may be considered
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility (chemicals or paper ideal)
  • Strong background in maintenance 
  • Knowledge of PSM
  • Some project engineering experience
