Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of specialty intermediates used in a variety of industries. With manufacturing facilities across the globe, their products can be found in nearly 100 countries. They currently seek a hands-on, Plant Manager to support one of their facilities near Memphis, TN. This is a great opportunity for a newer plant manager or someone who is ready to be promoted to plant manager.

Salary Range: $175,000/year to $185,000/year plus 20% bonus

Job Requirements

This position requires a degree in Chemical Engineering. No other degrees will be considered. It also requires at least 7 years of post-graduate Operations, Production, and/or Plant Management experience. Previous experience working in a PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing plant is preferred.
