Process Control Engineer
Job Description
Our client is a global manufacturer of a product that removes organic compounds from liquids and gases. They are currently seeking a Process Controls Engineer at their facility in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.

As a Process Control Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support site PLCs and DCSs programs including development and maintenance of controls systems
- coordinate cross-functionally to ensure P&IDs and instrumentation/controls meet process design goals
- Provide expertise to continuously improve and troubleshoot production issues
- Manage and implement changes of automation systems
- Travel to other manufacturing sites to provide on-going support

Job Requirements
As a Process Control Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or other relevant degree
- 7+ years of pertinent controls experience in a manufacturing environment (chemicals, petrochemicals, refining, mining, paper, etc.)
- Experience with Allen Bradley and/or Honeywell DCS
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
