Job Description

Our client is a global leader in chemical manufacturing that specializes in surfacing solutions. They currently seek a Process Controls Engineer at their facility in Northwest Wisconsin. 

Process Control Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Engineering/Process Controls/Chemicals/Controls Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Automation Engineer/PLC/DCS/Manufacturing/Coatings/PSM

As a Process Control Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support site PLCs and DCSs programs across manufacturing site
  • Provide expertise to continuously improve and troubleshoot production issues
  • Develop and maintain procedures, training, and other relevant documentation
  • Manage and implement changes of automation systems
  • Support process improvement projects

Salary Range: $120,000/year - $125,000/year plus 10% bonus + $5,000 sign on bonus + relocation

Job Requirements

As a Process Control Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or other relevant degree
  • 3+ years of pertinent controls experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Experience with Allen Bradley family of PLC’s is a plus
  • Any previous PSM and/or Six Sigma experience is a plus
