Job Description
Our client is a producer of agricultural products that are sold in over 2,000 retail outlets worldwide. They currently seek a Process Engineer to add to their team at their manufacturing facility near Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety background while increasing efficiencies and production in a chemical manufacturing setting.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Day-to-day operations support and troubleshooting
- Assist project teams to ensure company standards are consistently met
- Continuously identify problems and implement changes to improve production, efficiency, and quality
- Provide engineering support for maintenance and process safety information

Job Requirements
As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 2+ years of Process Engineering experience – out of chemicals preferred
- Familiarity with PSM regulations
- Experience with front end process design
