Our client is a leader in specialty chemical manufacturing. Their products are used in many different industries, including consumer goods, coatings, food additives, and others. They current seek a Process Engineer to help provide technical engineering support for their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements
  • Responsible for continuous improvement projects to improve quality, safety, and costs
  • Maintain all relevant process documentation
  • Participate in PHA/MOC processes
  • Work cross-functionally to meet goals and objectives

Job Requirements

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering preferred, may consider Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering degree
  • 1+ years of experience as a hands-on process engineer in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience in PSM regulated facility is ideal
  • Experience identifying areas of improvement
