Our client is a manufacturer of a revolutionary new product used in the building/construction industry. Business is booming and they are currently looking to add a Process Engineer to their team in Northern Tennessee.

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support day to day operations and troubleshooting in the plant
• Assist with managing of capital projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and process optimization
• Adhere to all site safety standards and practices

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering
• 2+ years of experience as a Process/Production Engineer in a chemical plant, refinery, or chemical related facility
• Must have a strong background of process improvements and process optimization
• Experience with continuous improvement and/or Six Sigma methodologies in a PSM-regulated facility is a plus
