Senior Process Engineer/Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Chemicals/Engineer/Milling/Plant/Ethanol/Corn Milling/Chemical Manufacturing/Refining/Refinery/Petrochemicals

Our client is a producer of corn milling products used in many different industries. They currently seek a Process Engineer for their facility just outside of Madison, WI. 

As a Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure compliance of all safety procedures and regulations 
  • Responsible for engineering processes including troubleshooting, changes, design, etc.  
  • Manages capital budgets and projects 
  • Create and lead PIDs and PFD
  • Utilize Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies 

Salary Range: Up to $135,000/year with appropriate experience plus year end bonus

Job Requirements

As a Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience minimum as a process/production engineer in a chemical or refining plant
  • Must have experience in day-to-day plant operations and project management
  • Previous experience with PSM and/or lean manufacturing methodologies
