Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Engineering/Manufacturing/Chemicals/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineer/PSM/Production Engineer/Resins/Coatings/Paper Manufacturing/Plant Engineer/Continuous Improvement Engineer
Our client is a global manufacturer of a wide range of chemistry-based products used in multiple different markets. The ideal candidate will have experience with process optimization and continuous improvement. Promotional opportunities into Operations Leadership or Engineering available internally nationwide.
As a Process Engineer, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide daily operations support to manufacturing units
- Identify areas of improvement and resolve operating issues
- Support capital projects and contribute to design and construction phases
- Provide continuously improvements in quality, safety, productivity, and operations
- Ensure productivity goals are being achieved according to site expectations
Requirements:
- B.S., Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Ideal 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (chemicals, paper, resins, coatings, etc.)
- Experience as a process/production engineer is a must
- Previous experience optimizing processes and continuous improvement
- Experience in a PSM regulated facility is highly preferred
- Must be a US CITIZEN OR US GREEN CARD HOLDER
Salary Range: Up to $110,000/year + 10% yearly bonus
