Our client is a global manufacturer of additives for the automotive industry. They are in search of an experienced Process Safety Engineer to run the PSM program at their facility in the greater St. Louis area.
As a Process Safety Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and manage PSM standards and programs
- Ensure all processes and equipment follow all EHS regulations
- Lead site incident investigations and create corrective action plans
- Manage MOC Process
- Maintain operating procedures and documentation
- Provide technical expertise as needed throughout site to ensure continuous improvements to manufacturing processes
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000

Job Requirements
As a Process Safety Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a PSM-regulated manufacturing facility
- Previous experience in a PSM dedicated role is preferred but will consider those that supported PSM programs
- Previous experience with PHAs, LOPA, and site audits
- Experience leading accident investigations
