Our client is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals in search of a Process Safety Manager for their facility near Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have previous dedicated PSM experience with understanding of all 14 elements of PSM.
As the Process Safety Manager job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and improve site’s PSM programs
- Manage OSHA’s 14 elements of PSM
- Lead PHAs, LOPAs, and Root Cause Investigations
- Ensure compliance of all local, company, state, and federal regulations
Salary Range: $135,000 - $140,000

Job Requirements
As the Process Safety Manager requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Engineering, and other relevant degrees
- 4+ years of experience in a chemical plant
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated PSM role
- Knowledge of regulatory, OSHA, and state/federal EPA compliance requirements
