Our client is a global manufacturer of products for a wide range of industrial applications. They are looking to hire a Process Technical Services Manager for their facility in Hattiesburg, MS. This person will coordinate affairs of their department, which includes QC Laboratory, Process Engineering, Process Controls, and IT groups.
As a Process Technical Services Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage departments in the application of chemical engineering principles
- Utilize Controls and DCS knowledge and training to optimize processes
- Provide technical support to manufacturing
- Assist in the improvement of existing processes/develop new processes
- Ensure safety and environmental regulations are met
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 plus 20% yearly target bonus

Job Requirements
As a Process Technical Services Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; petrochemicals ideal
- Any batch resins, polymerization, and/or continuous polymerization experience
- 1+ year of previous supervisory experience
- Solid background implementing process optimization improvements
