Position: Procurement Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain.
  • Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and anticipate changes to make informed decisions.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses in the supply chain.
  • Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.

Keys to Hire:

  • Preference for candidates with experience in ingredient sourcing, but open to considering candidates with any food industry experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills related to supply chain management and sourcing strategies.
