Production Manager, Food Manufacturing
Production Manager – Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, this position is responsible for leading all aspects of production.
Responsibilities include:
- Directing and managing all production
- Reinforce continuous improvement within safety, quality productivity, cost control and reliability
- Team development and supervision of over 100 employees
- Oversee and implement production planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve plant manufacturing issues
- Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and effective plant performance
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Production lead role
- 5+ year of experience working with a food manufacturing company
- Relevant certifications are preferred
- Excellent, proven leadership abilities
