Production Manager
Job Description
Our client is a global leader in their manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Production Manager to join their leadership team at their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a food or chemical manufacturing setting with at least a year of supervision.

As a Production Manager job responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage team of direct and indirect reports totaling 20 employees
- Ensure compliance of safety regulations
- Continuously improve processes and production
- Become a technical expert for the site
Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 plus bonus

Job Requirements
As a Production Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering maybe Mechanical Engineering
- 6+ years of experience as a Production/Process Engineer in a chemical/food manufacturing environment
- Minimum 1 years of operations management or supervision experience
- Ideal candidates will have continuous chemical process but open
- Any continuous improvement experience is a plus (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc)
