Production Manager

Mid-sized, growing company looking for an experienced Production Manager out of the chemical industry to lead operations, quality, and logistics at their Minneapolis plant.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient and quality production of all products
• Lead the management teams and employees in production, warehouse, and quality
• Lead our ISO program and lead our focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Lead our Safety program
• Manage all capital expenditure projects
• Participate on all L10 Management teams – Administration, Operations and Sales
• Provide leadership, guidance, and employee development to all Operations employees

Technical Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years working in Manufacturing – ideally with a chemical background
• 5+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or engineering
• Proven knowledge of ISO and practical implementation of ISO procedures in a manufacturing company
• Proven knowledge of Safety fundamentals and leadership of safety programs
• Knowledge of fundamental problem-solving techniques related to manufacturing principles
