Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of specialty intermediates used in a variety of industries. With manufacturing facilities across the globe, their products can be found in nearly 100 countries. They currently seek a hands-on Production Manager to support one of their facilities about 50 miles south of St. Louis, MO.
As the Production Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead production department
- Identify areas of improvement and optimization and implement changes
- Ensure compliance with SHE regulatory
- Provide technical engineering support
- Contribute to project budget and development
Salary Range: $120,000/year to $130,000/year plus bonus

Job Requirements
As the Production Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of chemical manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in a PSM-regulated facility
- Must have experience overseeing operators
