Our client company is a medical device manufacturer of premium, high-quality performance consumer goods. They are growing steadily and looking for a Production Supervisor for their manufacturing facility in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This person will oversee and lead all activities associated with the packaging/shipping efforts including managing operators, planning and assigning work, implementing policies and KPIs, troubleshooting and recommending improvements, and other duties.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000

Job Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 1-year of previous production supervision experience. Liquid filling and packaging experience are a plus but open on industry experience. Familiarity with FDA guidelines and previous root cause analysis are also pluses. Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
