Title: Production Supervisors – Multiple positions/shifts
My client, a progressive industrial manufacturing company in the Cary, IL area is seeking Production Supervisors to join their dynamic team.
Production Supervisor – Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee 25-50 employees. There are positions open on first and second shifts. This is a hands on position that will manage by walking the plant floor.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Ensure the safety of the plant and employees
- Hire and Train team members
- Deliver key metrics

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor role. We will consider all levels of experience as there are several positions open
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment on the plant floor
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred by not required
- MRP/ERP experience is preferred
- Proven leadership experience is required
