Property & Casualty customer service representative opening!

We are currently seeking a licensed P&C CSR to work in Northeast WI. This is a full-time in-office role.

CSR Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day P&C operations including answering customer phone calls, servicing existing policies, cross marketing to existing clientele
Establishes productive working relationships with clients and prospective clients.
Knowledge of working with personal, commercial or life insurance.
Responding to customer queries and providing information about their policies.
General day to day office tasks.
Completes coverage by binding policies, planning future follow-up visits, and evaluating needs on an on-going business
Updates job knowledge regularly by continuing education and information within industry.
