Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor Food Safety and Quality performance
- Protect product safety, quality and integrity
- Analyzes performance data and charts against defined parameters
- Presents this data to key stakeholders, in order to drive alignment and action
- In partnership with other department heads, be responsible for implementing and auditing process control points
- Develop SOP’s and guide training
- Developing and maintaining systems – HACCP, allergen control, QC Programs, traceability, non-conformance management, auditing
- Skilled at teamwork, cross functional influence and collaboration

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Sciences
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in food manufacturing industry
- 3+ in a managerial role
- Experience in a GFSI implementation and or maintenance
- HACCP Certified, PCQI certified
- Experience with statistical evaluation of production data, control charts, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis programs
- Experience with SQF
