RETIREMENT PLAN ACCOUNT MANAGER

Twin Cities or Remote

  • Manage a caseload of mid-large institutional retirement plans
  • Internal client liaison for plan sponsors of 401(k) plans
  • Consult on plan design, compliance testing, IRS/DOL regulations, implementations
  • Occasional travel to client sites

  • 3+ years experience in retirement services or trust administration
  • Strong ERISA knowledge
  • ASPPA designations helpful
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong team player that will collaborate well with internal & external business partners
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) with a strong attention to detail
  • Career-minded and self motivated
